below standard/ not as advertised/ room not maintained

Jacuzzi and air conditioning was not working. The engineer was able to fix only the air conditioning but it took them over 12 hours to do so. Unable to lock bedroom door properly. Hot water was not working well. Only warm and cold water. Not worth the money at all. Worst hotel experience ever. GM did not handle the case properly because he was off on the weekend. Authorized personnel could not make any decisions.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this beautiful pool villa resort!
Friendly, respectful staff. Amazing ocean views during dinner. Fabulous private pool with jacuzzi. Thai and International restaurants were great! Would definitely come back again.
