Disappointing - standard below value

This hotel was disappointing. Difficulties startet with the slow elevator - took forever till a cabin arrived. Next, out of the elevetor, the room could only be accessed through a fire exit door with a strange flight of stairs. The room is cold with all-white tiles. The bed is very hard. And despite it is not very clean, the hotel tried to charge a bedsheet for staining. The breakfast is not worthwhile, we skipped on second day.
Location is ok, but still a 10min walk from Sukhumvit inside the Soi.
