Awful !! Dont stay here . Hopeland go all out to cut costs!

Agoda saved our lives by allowing us to get out of this booking . My wife's blood pressure shot up to 187 because Aircon is set at 33 degrees , hotter than streets of Bangkok . 5 hours later it remained at 33 degrees . Room change follows but we had to wait two hour at the foyer to allow aircon to cone down to 26 degrees .The critical issue is poor and incompetent staff service . Lack of English and a general lethargy .Manager with a Japanese name but really a Thai , offered no assistance and is probably the root of staff lack of performance .

Cool staff, poor English, poor breakfast.
