I was there for 3 nights in total, very clean, staff helpful yet there are two employees there who can speak a basic level of English.

the hotel staff member were unfriendly, stubborn, and deceitful.
this hotel made us feel that family is the one we can really depend on..and I am lucky to have such a supporting family.
The hotel staff misguided us that we can go for lunch if not go for already paid breakfast. This question raised due to a coupon for meals given to us, I enquired multiple times of the possibility of the service to which they agreed. And at the time of claim they denied and said miscommunication...I just have one question, if they did not understand my query on the day of check in then on the day of claim how can they confirmed that miscommunication have occured????
it was not language problem but their bad intension..
