Calm little retreat in walking distance to Bars and Restaurants

I had booked the standard room for 3 nights, but when we arrived, we changed to the beach view bungalow paying a bit more and that one was lovely, we stayed 8 nights.
The standard rooms would have been too dark for my taste, offering too little privacy since it is two buildings that face each other with just a few meters distance, their big but only windows also facing each other with the path in between. The beach front and bamboo bungalows however are lovely! Everything was very clean when we arrived. There was no cleaning during our stay, but sure if we had asked for it, they would have done it.
The staff was a family of women only, super friendly and lovely! A bit off the beach strip with restaurants and bars (10 mins beach walk) and therefore very calm. Not the best beach for swimming (rocky water in low tide). Breakfast okay, for dinner we went to the other restaurants cause the lighting in this retreat is not very cozy (neon lights) but I heard the food is good.

A very nice ans peaceful place
