Booking almost every hotel from Agoda, I never expected there are some properties available here that give such a pathetic service and top pf everything doesn’t care even 0.01 percent about their customers who pay every penny to justify the respect they should get. I have a lot to share about this place where unfortunately I booked four days pf my great Thailand tour. Everything went beyond expectations elsewhere, however this particular “Vila resort” named PHI PHI LONG ISLAND HOTEL treated me and my fiancé in the ugliest way possible. From being disrespectful to not leaving any stone unturned to tell us how unwelcoming these guys were. The staff at the reception tried every measure to make this beautiful trip of ours a misery. Our room had big scary worms who were not letting us sleep, phone in our room was not working even after several complaints on each day, just to bring this thing to your notice that it wasn’t even working on the last day as well, the staff only wanted to make more money for charging us for useless and unnecessary things. I never felt like this in my life as I travel a hell lot and know how all of this work. I request you to please do something to help customers like us. And at the same time, please try helping me with something that makes it better for me
