Great hotel but a few minor tweaks needed

First time staying on Long Beach and happy to choose this place. We actually extended our stay as we loved it here so much. Great location on the beach. The beach & water is just beautiful . The room was very spacious but with limited facilities. A couple of minor issues that can easily be fixed. There is nowhere to hang clothes & no shelves in the shower to place shampoos / soaps or gels etc. The bed was extremely hard, but after talking with the manager, a mattress topper was provided, which did help. The breakfast included is OK The staff at both the breakfast restaurant and the restaurant / bar are quite frankly useless. They stand around and are too busy chatting to notice breakfast items are low and need refilling. We used the restaurant on a few occasions and had to get the menus and once even the food from the bar ourselves. It closes at 10pm, we arrived at 9.45pm to have a drink and were refused to be served which was a little disappointing.

Good value for money in paradise beach
Away from the center but on a wonderful beach. Access by trail or boat. Breakfast with little variety. Wi-fi great.

Beautiful location

Not the best

Most enjoyable stay. Perfect quiet location, short longtail ride to town. Excellent bkfst.
Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice beach for swimming and snorkeling, would recommend water shoes. Be sure to go to Viewpoint and bring 30 baht pp. for fee.
