Great Location

The hotel is located in a superb location on Long Beach with great views of the bay and Islands. The rooms are functional but quite spartan and no wifi signal. The main downside of this hotel is the staff whom are largely disinterested and unable / unwilling to converse with the hotel guests, and there were numerous errors with meal / bar bills which was a particular frustration. The pool area was dirty as it was not cleaned properly or regularly. If the management were to address the staff and lack of cleanliness issues this could be so much better, but currently there are much better alternatives available nearby.
