Mansion? Nowhere to be found

As said, mansion, not really. Price/Value isn't great, at 40€ per night, quite overcharged actually.
The building and rooms are simple, reasonably functional.
Rooms are only cleaned upon request and even then hesistantly (Oh, today we already have many rooms, difficult) The sink leaked which meant that when washing your hands, your feet werd washed as well.
Staff was friendly and somewhat helpfull, but not overly ambitious: 'Clean towels? In the cupboard down the hall!' Ehm, thanks?
The pool pictured on booking websites belongs to another hotel, half a kilometer down the road.

Mediocre experience
There was no TV like in the announcement. No remote to aircondition so it was either hot or cold. Not what was promised on their profile. But cheap. The staff did not even speak english.

酒店在南边公路上的海很美！
定的时候明明有泳池去的时候没有，环境还可以，但位置远在南部！需要有摩托车去才行，打车也贵！
