Having travelled all over Thailand, Cambodia etc we have quite a relaxed approach to where we stay and the standards as well. But this place ranks on our top 3 of worst stays. It does not look anything like the pictures. The beach is nice- it’s very crowded but that’s just white sands. So no problem. But the room was a disaster. We had to have the toilet fixed EVERY time we used it, since it couldn’t flush. Bathroom had no window or any kind of ventilation- you do the math. Towels and sheets was clean (washed) but had stains and we even had some kind of small worms on the bed sheets the first night. We were never offered another room. The staff seemed tired and not happy. Coffee machine out of order in the restaurant. Tried to spend as little time in the room as possible We decided to forget the struggle and just enjoy the beach- but the place had construction workers on duty most of the day drilling, so very noisy and not very nice. Place is located right on the beach and in the center of white sands with shops & restaurants. But def. not worth the almost 2500 bath we spend per night.
