Good location and services

Breakfast is delicious. I love this hotel since a 3 people room is spacious. The bottles of drinking water, coffee and fruits are free to take. The customer service is also very good. When we checked out, they also helped us to order a "red truck" to the airport. Whatever 3, 4 or more people with heavy baggage, it only costed THB 150. It is more cheaper comparing to take a taxi or hiring a car to the airport.
The only weak point is the water heater in the bathroom. The hot water sometimes changes to cold when you are taking the bath. So you'd better to wait for about 15 minutes after one has finished the bath. But I will definitely stay in this hotel if I come to Chiangmai again.

Quiet and good location
