Just ok..not worth a high marks

The air conditioner has water leaking on the last day, causing most of the floor get wet as well as our luggage. Free flow of drinks are good, most of the staff are nice, except one that we asked about the way to go to travel agent to buy cheap ticket for night safari, he told us there are none, instead pointed us to a cab driver who actually could earn commission by charging us a higher price on the ticket, quite disappointed about that.
