I usually stay at a high end hotel chain when I vacation, but they happen to have limited presence in Chiangmai and I wanted to stay in the old city, so I ended up with this hotel because of their great reviews, and it is always nice to save some money with the economic option. The room is not great. I don’t need many amenities, but would enjoy a nice bed and linen, clean and plush towels. The room feels like a two star hotel or even a hostel. The staff on the other side are wonderful. They are so warm and nice. They make you feel like coming home every time you return. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels in the world and I would say they are the same level in terms of hostapility. Overall they made it a worthy stay.
