Really bad location

This hotel is super far away from everything. It is very expensive to get here from the airport (more expensive than even staying here one night). The hotel itself is way too expensive to be located so inconceniently. The staff also tried to tack on all these ridiculous extra fees for stuff that was already included when I booked through agoda. I was told that there were free bikes to use, but the chain broke on the bike I was given, which was very dangerous. I cannot recommend staying here again.

Good hotel except location
Need hire bike to go everywhere as it is not near any tourist spot. Otherwise, clean, quiet and good value for money

Excellent
Very nice place. They upgrade our room when they saw that we are family. Nice staff very accommodating.

Bit off the "main" path but really nice place. They also have food you can order which was delicious and nice at night if you didn't want to leave. They were very helpful with everything we needed.
