Excellent customer service

We were welcomed to the hotel by a very friendly staff member, who also spoke English very well. While not all the staff spoke English well they all were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well maintained and felt comfortable to be in. The staff tried to help by giving us advice about the area and things to do, and on our last day after check out they even held our bags for us while we went to the bird park across the road. Overall the room was lovely and the hotel itself felt welcoming but the excellent staff and their customer service are what makes this hotel worth the stay.

Disappointing stay after it being recommended

Good staff and very clean
Good staff and very clean. Hotel is on a very busy main road and TV had only 1 English channel. Breakfast was pretty average too. 10 minutes walk to Tiger Muay Thai
