New hotel and everything works fine except the water heater

This is a newly constructed hotel, probably in early 2019. From the look of their room, everything seems new and in good working condition. The price of S$40/-, including tax, is competitive for a Superior Double and it comes with breakfast for two. Wifi speed is good, the bed & pillows are soft, the water pressure from the rain & hand shower is good. However, the hot water is just lukewarm for freezing weather in the month of December where the temperature drops below 20 degrees C during the night. Other than lack of hot water or rather the heater not working, everything seems fine.
I don't mind coming back to this hotel during summer provided I am in Nakhon Phanom again.
