Small hotel off the main road (the drivers dropped us off at the wrong location i.e. Eleven building a few times), new and cosy. The only drawback is we were a group with odd number - the price to pay for the extra person/bed is ridiculous, considering that the room is already very small. We also had a shocking encounter upon check-in with comments from one of the staff, but thankfully Hana from Front Desk raised up to the occasion with her priority of "customer first policy" which made up for the unpleasant start to our stay. Thank you Hana !
