Simply outstanding!

This hotel simply exceed my expectation! Room was really clean, probably as they are a new hotel. Location was good as well as it’s just next to the Sunday market! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating! As we had a tour starting before breakfast time, the staff actually surprised us with a bag of packed breakfast sent to our room! Really thankful to the staff and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the old district part of Chiang Mai!

nice decorated but uncomfortable
The Saran Boutique Hotel is a new hotel, nice decorated, the room was clean but uncomfortable because no cabinet, no place or something to good keep your thing, the staff are nice.
