Newly built. Big room. Love the design

Stayed at suite room on top floor to get the Bath tub at balcony but it was broken. Could not fill the water. It was leaking somewhere. View was great. Mountain and wat chedi luang from the window. But not sure 2nd floor can see these. You need to walk a little bit to go 7/11. Sunday night market is just few steps away. Not that dark even after 10pm. In front of hotel is just normal house. Hotel does not have any breakfast offer. Some small restaurants in 15min walk. Tuktuk will not understand hotel location, better get off at wat chedi luang and walk to hotel. Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets and towels, water pressure not super strong but still good to use. AC walks good. Has all amenity. Many lights. Just staying inside room watching the view will bring your peace in mind. No regret I stayed for 3nights total without moving to othet hotel. There's no elevator. Stairs were steep, so be aware if you come with elderly companion.

Staff was of excellent help. Rooms spacious n comfy, bed was superb. Walkin distance to attractions.
No lift and steep staircase. Hv to lug heavy luggage

Boutique Hotel inside Old City

Great Location & Wonderful Services
I really love the location of the hotel. It is in the heart of Chiang Mai city. Moreover, the services was excellent. I would recommend Saran Boutique Hotel to my family and friends.
