I'm so glad that the room is exactly as advertised. The cleanliness is superb most importantly for me the room and the bathroom. I hope they will continue to maintain it through the years. The staff's English skill isn't very good but they try to their best to give information. They are very polite. The breakfast had few varieties but good enough for me. They have Thai, toast with different spread available and the coffee is superb. Viva will be my number 1 choice if I travel again in Pattaya, I fell in love with the relaxing ambiance, garden view, it was a very refreshing stay, exactly what I needed. I really hope the level of cleanliness will be maintained, I will be back again. Thank you Viva for our great stay,

The staffs are polite, friendly, and attentive. Very clean. Delicious Thai dishes. Will return.
