Location ok depend on what you want ,when i check i cannot find any staff in the counter and i waited for awhile and Staff is helpful.i book Deluxe studio but when i check in my room is different from the Agoda picture i book . There's is no sofa and big TV , i heard from their staff because which i book the deluxe studio room no more and they just give me a room (Room is Big and Clean but i want is from what i book from Agoda not just giving just a room to comfort me) .I feel disappointed and i think management should not do that because that is a TRUST for customer and make sure customer will come back again and gives a good feedback review . Overall staff is great and friendly ,i will consider to book Chic Condo Karon again if i coming back to Phuket Karon due to confidence and TRUST .
