Despite being little more than a handful of bungalows on someone's large back garden, this place is a very comfortable refuge. It's placed right next to the main thoroughfare, yet surprisingly quiet, and the connecting side road is littered with useful amenities like a mini mart, massage places, tour operators and other resorts. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach (and restaurants/bars) too. The owners were effective yet pretty hands-off and flighty - when we could find them they were helpful though. The bungalows themselves are very clean, with working air con and nice bathrooms. Beds are comfy too. The small veranda outside is also pleasant and useful. Recommended as a safe bolt hole for a couple of days, any longer and you might need somewhere larger.
