Hotel is ok thought the breakfast selection is not that good but you expect what you paid for. The only thing that bothering me its a spa and massage! You have to understand that you rate is more expensive than other spa and massage. It means your staff standard should higher than others. Firstly, my planning was just one hour massage as it was 1 hour 15 minutes before close. Then, your staff recommended me to take 1 hr 30 mins as you have the promotion. Its fine but I asked if its ok because its only 1 hour left for the massage and she said its ok. And its really annoyed that the therapist (old lady) is a grumpy person! I didnt not give any demand but the way she treated me like I am her child not her customer! Again what makes me annoyed she asked me if she can finish 15 mins earlier because its should close soon. I wanted to say no but really, I already irritate with her behaviour in the beginning and the way she did the massage. I just nod as I was too upset to talk. Please, you need to educate your staff, not only how to massage but how they have to treat the customer and how to estimate time. I lost too much money for nothing and I would not recommend to do massage in here. Better find a good review first before you decide to do so.
