Decieving

Decieving pictures of the rooms and hotel. In actuality it is not as good. The room was basic with very basic facilities, no slippers no toothpaste, poorly lit, they do not provide enough drinking water (only two bottles of 350 ml each) if you loose a bottle you are charged 20 bhats. The services was not that great, what ever we asked for(toothpaste) they told us to buy from the family mart store right outside. At the time of checkin we were asked to deposit our passpor. Why would a hotel want to deposit our passports, this has never happened with us before. However The staff was courteous and respectfull. I strongly recommend that the hotel managment team should do something about overall improvment.

Value for money in the heart of Patong

Great location and good deal
The location is very strategic. A few minute walk from the beach and phatong town without being too crowded and noisy.

It isn’t a luxury place. But the staff is so friendly so it was so nice and great full

Fine place to stay
Very fiendly personell! we have tidy and clean balkony room with a nice view. The facilities are great. Just be aware, the pool is a bit smaller than it seems in the picture.
