Nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok

We booked for family room as we are 3 people, so we just want bigger space. Room and bathroom were spacious. Staff are generally friendly, check in and check out was fine. Concierge staff are the most helpful. They help us to booked massage place nearby. The hotel provided free tuk tuk ride to nearby station. This is pretty helpful, however they only have 1 tuk tuk so at some point you need to wait for sometimes. Tuk tuk driver were so polite and friendly. Overall, it was good experience, the only downside was the location of the hotel a little far from main road.

clean, neat , friendly staff
hotel was not too big, breakfast area was ok with standard breakfast, we stay for 5 night - location very near to erawan and mall nearby. overall is great
