Don’t go in low season

We just got back from glow elixir June 2019. Our experience was that although the staff are fantastic & friendly, can’t fault them, the let down was the food is very poor, VERT poor, you could not swim at their beach because of the silt and debris eg floating logs, discarded fishing nets, plastic bags, cups, glass in the water etc etc and also strewn over the sand, on our last day however a few staff started raking up the rubbish on the beach. The small pool had tiles missing on the bottom which you could cut yrself. Most of the island hopping companies were closed eg their own elixir divers co. Some of the above is most likely due to it being low season and I just would not go at that time of year again. Very disappointing unfortunately. G Austin
