Isolated. Terrible food. Unhelpful staff.

We stayed 2 weeks in Thailand and this was by far the worst place. My kids will eat anything usually and they couldn’t stomach the food. Even the “kids food” smelled weird. The breakfast buffet charges 270bhat for kids to eat. The dishes were dirty.
It’s isolated so it’s hard to get to anywhere with decent food. The nearest convenience store is too far to walk to. It’s difficult to get the shuttle back from the beach, so you have to walk quite far on a busy one-lane road with no sidewalk to get the shuttle.
No one could use the water slide because it was swarming with bees. The staff were mostly unhelpful. Every request was refused - even just asking for a clean cup at breakfast, or an extra sheet for the bed.
This was the most expensive place we stayed and by far the worst.

The place is old, but all of us still loved it!

Very nice overall and value for money
