Room is slightly aged but comfortable. Generally, there seemed to be a lot of mosquitos and the way standing water was left around, it was little surprise. We were prepared for that though and kept our mosquito patches in use at all times. Used patches were placed around the door frame to discourage mozzies coming in when the door was open.
Location wise, it is a bit of journey to go anywhere. This is not an issue if you intend to remain in the resort area, but if you intend to get out to other parts of Phuket, other locations may be more suitable. However, transportation was usually included with tours.
The reception staff were very good and helpful.
ON TO Seedlings! The cafe / restaurant adjacent to the lobby was an unexpected gem. The food was very good but the service exceptional. Without being disruptive, the staff were there for our every need and we were happy to return for several meals. The staff at Seedlings helped take our experience up a notch or two!
