Very average place with OK ammenities

The stay was only OK. Upon check in we couldn't even find the right building to check in at...poor signage. Then took a while to find an employee they have spa services but are very overpriced for thailand, and even that part of the street and island. room was very basic. phone didn't work so we had to walk to the front desk to reach an employee.
