Location good, room dirty, staff disorganised

Don't believe the room description or the photos they are long out of date. The garden is overgrown and scruffy, the room was dirty and in need of refurbishment, breakfast consisted of two eggs and a coffee, juice if you were lucky, the staff are disorganised and leaderless.

Good Staff, nice place, value for money in low peak
Location, staff are good except gardening need improvement.we went in low peak, so not much rooms are occupied. We believe because of this, the garden look a bit mess. The staffs are kind and friendly... อ่านต่อ

very dissapointed
book for family room which is occupied for 4 adults ....when reached the hotel, they only provide room for 2 person. when asked for extra bed, they said they did not have it because the hotel was ful... อ่านต่อ

Basic accommodation
Small room and toilet constantly blocking. Pool not clean and we had stinging eyes after swimming. Watch out for a large komoda dragon on the premises.

Nice stay and quite beach
Good location for family. Staff was very good to help in any requests throughout our stay. They were friendly. Room is close to beach but water pipe in the bathroom not in good condition.
