Clean, Friendly Staff and Good Food

Overall this hotel is located near the beach. The service level of the staff is fantastic. The hotel and room cleaniness is good. The buffet breakfast that we had is fantastic as well. I would recommend people that not are looking for a villa to stay in Koh Samui, Sheraton is a good alternative if you want a 5 star service.

Value for the money
The back was lovely! Beautiful white sand and clear water in a quiet and private-feeling bay. The rooms are clean and big. Good value for the money for the hotel. However the food is totally worthless... อ่านต่อ

Stunning view, great comfort
Great value for the price! Totally recommend. Although the pool wasn't very clean when we were there - that's the only problem we had. The restaurant is the BEST!
