Missing the basics!

Great location but for a new hotel it is already showing signs of wear and tear in the room with miscellaneous stains on the floor and furnishings. DO NOT get a pool view room, there are no net curtains so your choice is no natural light or no privacy! The curtains also let a lot of light in, bye bye lay in!

New and very comfortable
The room was clean and neat, but the a/c didn’t work properly. Hotel customer service was okay but could have been better.

Overnight Retreat
We stayed here for a personal overnight retreat and it was perfect. The pool, spa, and rooms were all so relaxing! It was the perfect place to recharge and relax in the middle of a busy city.

Valuable hotel in Chiangmai
The receptionist is named Wann!! He have very good service mind and always helpful during I stay here. The room is well cleaned and comfortable.
