Disappointed!!

First, the room wasn't clean. There was garbage in drawers, strains everywhere - floor/sofa/bath tub. Considering, it's 1 year old hotel, not acceptable. The handle was also broken. We told the front and we got to move to another room. If we were to pay full price, we'd be more upset. :(

New and very comfortable
The room was clean and neat, but the a/c didn’t work properly. Hotel customer service was okay but could have been better.

Overnight Retreat
We stayed here for a personal overnight retreat and it was perfect. The pool, spa, and rooms were all so relaxing! It was the perfect place to recharge and relax in the middle of a busy city.

Valuable hotel in Chiangmai
The receptionist is named Wann!! He have very good service mind and always helpful during I stay here. The room is well cleaned and comfortable.
