Cool place, a bit cozy and loud

Cool place. Yard is a nice hangout spot with some mosquito spray. Breakfast was simple but nice. Burger joint adjacent so had easy access to quick food if needed. 10min walk to Ari skytrain station, 5min walk to a 7-11 and other food options. Bed was comfy and AC could keep the room very cold which was great
Since rooms are old shipping containers, no soundproofing if you're near people hanging out in the yard. 6person room was certainly cramped, but a good value. Very loud door when it opened/closed. Small locker was good for storing just valuables/day pack. Bathrooms were ok, but very hot since not air conditioned.
Nice that you rented the whole washer-drier for laundry instead of paying by kg
