We were picked up at the pier, even though we didn't know about it, which was already really nice. At first we only booked for one night, since we were supicious about the resort being new and still under construction. We received an upgrade to the room with private pool, which was absolutely amazing! In the end we extended our stay to four nights! The room was very clean (e.g. my wife usually showers in hotel rooms with flipflops but there was no need for it here), and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was very nice also (with a special shoutout to the girls at the reception who always had a smile on their face, greeted us every time and asked how our day was and what we did, spoke great english, gave us advice on places to see, helped us with the shuttle) and even the manager came up to us to chat and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Additionally it's very convenient that the diving school is in the resort. The equipment is all new and our teacher (Kim) was great. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone who's looking to get pampered for a few days and enjoy a relaxed holiday.
