We arrived for 3 nights on our honeymoon. There is no doubt that the hotel is stunningly beautiful, but the cleanliness in the rooms was very poor, so every time we had to call to ask them to come clean the room again. In addition, we did not receive any reference to our honeymoon even though we mentioned them. The reception service was very, very antipathetic and not nice. The bottom line would not come back. All the other hotels in Thailand treated their guests with the most respect, and there is no lack of hotels at the same level of beauty
