We were definitely disappointed by our experience at tarna align. We initially tried contacting the hotel on multiple occasions prior to our arrival to arrange a shuttle from the pier and got no response. When we arrived the reception staff were particularly rude and had no record of our booking, despite us booking and paying in full three months prior. They then told us for our inconvenience we could have an 'upgrade' to a villa-however what we didn't realise was that the villa was a wooden hut and the air conditioning barely had an effect in the daytime. Furthermore breakfast was chaotic, there were several occasions when we ordered items which we never received. Finally for a four star resort, some sort of fitness room should be available.

If we could we would compose Ode to The Tarna Align Resort because how amazing it was!
Location is perfect balance between being close to the Sairee beach (especially by the hotel’s shuttle) and at the same time being surrounded by the oasis of beautiful peaceful nature offering spectac... อ่านต่อ

great hotel, but too isolated
this is a cool hotel, great breakfast, great bed a pillows. note - the shower and bathroom are completely transparent! we had staid sheets - not so cool. the hotel is up on a hill, far from the center... อ่านต่อ

Excellent hotel, would visit again
