Well worth a visit

There are several guidebooks that recommend staying in Phimai rather than Nakhon Ratchasima, I took their advice and was not disappointed. The hotel is very well run, spotless and the staff are superb. The main reason for visiting; the Khmer temple is a 5 minute walk away, and what is probably Phimai`s best restaurant is almost opposite side of the road from the hotel.

A lot of building works going on but was not to disruptive to my stay and when it's complete will be very nice, also has a great restaurant right across the street from the front.
