Staff on location were great but the owner was very Rude

We got to the resort after a long day of travelling. I had several emails confirming that I had requested 2 beds to which they confirmed. When we arrived they tried to put us in a room with one bed. We went back to the front desk and I showed them the confirmation emails. The lady at the front desk called the owner then put me on the phone with her. She was very rude and told me to cancel my reservation. I told her I was not going to do that and that she need to make it right. She ended up hanging up on me. The staff there felt bad and found us a room to stay in.

Fantastic
I loved my stay here. They upgraded my room for free to a pool view. The pool area was fantastic. Nice staff. Close to the beach. Good breakfast. I would stay again.
