Exceptional Staff

Chiang Mai Thai House was great! Its a great value for money. Its located in a nice and quiet street. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. The pool is a very nice addition. When we left my dad left his iphone behind charging in the common area. There was not enough time to go back to the hotel and get the phone because our train to Bangkok was leaving. So I called the Chaing Mai Thai house front desk and explained the situation and they went above and beyond the call of duty! They sent the phone on an over night bus and we were able to retrieve it the next morning in Bangkok. Amazing! If I find myself in Bangkok I would definitely stay at the Chiang Main Thai House again! Thank you for everything.

Only good thing about this hotel is the pool
Pros - Swimming pool Cons - Unfriendly staffs, bags storage need to charge 200 Baht for each baggage, bed sheets wasn't clean (there were hairs sticking on it)

恶劣的服务和傲慢的态度，刻薄的规定，毫无人情味，不可理喻
因为位置选择了这个旅舍，入住后发现，整个旅舍连电吹风都没有，一个脏兮兮的毯子连个被套也没有，最关键的是他们很多规定很霸道不合情理，早上十点就要退房，没油退订选项，房间没有水，连向他们要一个衣架晾毛巾短裤都不给，泳池八点开放，我们7:45在边上热身并未下水，被老板态度很恶劣的呵斥"go out"，当时我们预定了四天，我预定的是大床房，预定的也是两个人，但我朋友晚两天到达，居然被拒绝进入，理由是因为第... อ่านต่อ
