Nice retreat in Chiang Mai

We had a nice stay and the location was great. A note to the hotel (and future guests), our door locked but you could easily open it without a key! Make sure your door stays locked when you leave if you're a guest. And to the hotel, please look up our room # and fix the door. We were able to turn the handle when it was locked, push and the door opened. :( This should be fixed especially since you do not take responsibility for any stolen items and do not provide safes in all rooms.

Great stay!
Overall a great stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent accommodation and pool. One minor complaint, we stayed 5 nights and toilet and sink weren't cleaned, though the room was made-up daily.... อ่านต่อ

No lift available to take luggage up or down to second floor. Requested ground floor room because of disability, but didn't get one. Stairs were varying heights and lengths. 2 Towels per person and 2 ... อ่านต่อ
