Riverside cottages are lovely. Had two bungalows that share one wall, but are accessed separately - was listed online as one family room - and priced accordingly. Fine for us with kids aged 8 and 11, but wouldn't have worked if the kids were younger. Lovely rooms. Comfortable front porches, nice stone bathrooms, hard beds, but not the worst. Lovely common area with comfy seating. Restaurant prices higher than what we were use to in Chiang Mai - about 120thb for an entree, 100thb for a fruit smoothie. Portions were small, but everything tasted good. Restaurant is open all day.
“Beach” in March is shallow, brown water, that none of us were willing to go in.
Rooms are all fairly close to common area, and raised walkways are used throughout. There were a number of other families with kids when we were there, making hanging out in the common area fun.

Calming place
