We only stayed for a night back in early Jan 2016 after coming back from Khao Sok Lake Tour. The cottage with balcony was good enough for 2 persons. You would feel that you were staying in a forest and close to nature. The cottage we stayed at was a large unit split into two smaller units. As the separation wall was not a solid brick, we heard sounds from the other side. But we did not complain much because we did not expect much for staying at a wooden structure in a forest setting. Hot shower available. We had dinner at the restaurant. Thai food was good and authentic. Helpful and friendly staff. Big shout-out to Raymie for helping us to find an overseas nano Sim card that was left at the restaurant and kindly mailing it to a Bangkok hotel for us. Couldn't thank enough. We miss Khao Sok. Will be back to the Riverside Cottage again if visiting the place again.
