From the second I arrived I thought Oh My God this is NOT a comfortable place. The staff were not there to greet me, the person that finally did not speak a word of English, called a friend thrust the phone in my face and said talk. The friend spoke just as badly. USELESS. Horrible welcome (no welcome) after a long journey, no smiles no warmth horrid and horrid entrance. Up the stairs (NO LIFT) to a room that was simply horrid. BASIC, half working aircon, noisy motor, NO cupboard space at all and just 3 cheap hangers. Bathroom wet on the floor, damp, toilet paper half finished and ruing in the toilet!!! Stains on bed sheets; balcony overlooked a building site where there were men working constantly drilling and banging impossible to rest. I stayed first night simply because it was late and nowhere to go, I checked out the following morning as soon as I could.. (cut 4 nights to just the one)... none said goodbye no one gave a /////.. Breakfast included you go down to the lobby and NOTHING is there. a man saunters over in shorts and tshirt looks like the cleaner. Says do you want American Breakfast? Sit. He disappears. Does not say what it is or ask what I want how my eggs should be simply comes back with a small platte on which there are 2 bits of white bread (I prefer brown) and 2 eggs(a coffee and a juice) an THAT IS IT!!!!!! - I asked for cheese he looked at me as if I was mad... came back with a bit of preserver slice (one wrapped slice)... bottom line the place is a disgrace to Agoda to to itself and the Island. Not worth a star let alone 3 . Warning stay well away
