An excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is fantastic. I'm especially impressed. So many delicious things to eat. The food is tasty. The pastry is very very good. Very happy to know that they serve chocolate drinks for free at breakfast too. Very impressive.

Good place to rest for a night after a flight into Chiang Mai
Good location near the airport if your room facing the toad be prepare for whole night of traffic noise the hotel too close to the main road
