Not worth for the money

I always enjoy staying and trying out new boutique hotel when in Bangkok. Unfortunately not for this hotel. 1. Once I checked in, I noticed that the bed have some hairs on top of the white sheet. 2. The water heater doesn’t have Hot water. Even they already checked it, but the problem left unsolved. 3. The air conditioned is not working well. It’s not cold. 4. To have paid for such amount of money without lift (I know before I book), location wise it’s still a 20mins to reach the Platinum mall area, and with all the problem we have in the room, personally I think it’s not worth for the money. I would rather pay the same amount of money and stay at novotel which is service guaranteed and great location assured.
