Excellent albeit with a few setbacks

First off, Tommy was excellent as staff. The first day we arrived, we were greeted by 2 of your staff who ushered us in and gave us cool sweet tea and a couple of towelettes.
Upon reaching the room, the rooms are spacious enough for 2, with enough facilities to meet our demands. Enough shelves to place stuff, and the TV was excellent. However, your cups and complimentary items ought to be placed in a more strategic position. We only discovered the tea and coffee sachets on the second day. Additionally, the bed we were sleeping on (Room25) creaked a little. Also, of all the hotels I have been in, this is the first time there was no tap/faucet near the toilet bowl. Besides that, the air conditioning unit takes far too long to cool the room.
Otherwise, your staff is top notch, your room facilities are otherwise satisfactory, your cleanliness is excellent, friendliness of staff is second to none, and the continental breakfast is incredible.

The location is okay, convenient to move around

The environment of the hotel is so comfortable. Besides, the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
We love the environment and services so much. Will definitely visit again when we back to Bangkok next time.

Instagrammable Boutique Hotel
Love the design, every part of the hotel is instagrammable! Beautiful and clean but rooms a bit small. The breakfast at Kay's is also yummylicious and beautiful setting!

Nice stay
Overall a nice stay, clean, friendly and good location. Struggled with the breakfast, too noise, too much staff doing nothing except noise...pity everything else is great
