looks great, but need more attention on cleaning

overall we are happy with the stay, its tucked away in the alley so its nice and quiet. love the look of the hotel, just like the picture. floor feels a bit dusty and toilet seat isn't clean (sticky spots, go figure.) so if you are a neat freak then maybe its not for you. staff's english level is just ok, but they try very hard to understand our needs. will stay here again.
