Modern building, unmodern organization

needed hangers to dry clothes, hotel gave us none.
Shower was clogged from before we entered. Horrible. Spider webs. Had to clean the room myself. This organization obviously has not heard about quality check before sending in the customer. The culture of the organization reflects the owners. They are focused on design, ignores service cutlure and quality.

Three nights at Win Hotel
No useful restaurant though close to all kinds of food stalls. Unfortunately this doesn't compensate if you get up before they are open. Staff mostly friendly though English ability was a bit in short... อ่านต่อ

Great hotel for the price
