Worst Hotel stay I have ever experienced.

On arrival no staff to assist. Reception unfriendly. Room dirty, towels and bed sheets stained and worn, carpet unclean, bathroom in a terrible state of repair. Complained at the front desk and asked to be contacted by the manager, this never happened even though I gave my business card (I am the General Manager of a 5* hotel). Breakfast nothing short of disgusting and when asked for an ommelette, the waiter shouted, 'ommelette for the FALANG. Crockery and silverware dirty and choice of food poor and low quality. The best thing about this hotel was checking out. I find it extremely poor service when compaints are not addressed. In my many years of travelling, this is the first time I have had to complain about a hotel I have stayed in.

Might have been an excellent hotel during its prim

Pathetic Hotel, no toiltries, bad breakfast, 4 star hotel with bugdet hotel facilities.

Super bad services for a 4 stars hotel
